Regen’s desire is to use every opportunity to offer training for the children, youth and adults we work with every day.
We organize special training events periodically. Regen has organized training events at our Wood Workshop where young people came to see how to build a coat rack from wood. With the help of adults and volunteers, we were able to have the youth build their own products. Our other training events include craft time for parents and children, visiting a factory, etc.
We also develop training for our staff, volunteers and other people who work with children coming from hard places. Regen, in partnership with Lifeline Children’s Services from Birmingham, Alabama, US, organizes caregiver training. We have also had people from local placement centers, placement parents, NGO workers, etc. as participants.
